Design matters _ The specific proposal, on top of the island's main hill reserves great 270° views for its inhabitants, ensures easy vehicle access, by an internal cul de sac located in the lower side of the buildings, and  carefully combines privacy with socializing areas. Color and materials manipulation give this complex a sense of diversity, hiding the repetition of forms and solutions, due to the constrained budget.
