The challenge _ Renovating existing spaces is always a challenging exercise, driven by the objective to reach an efficient result, while overcoming restrictions set by disclosed facts, both during design and construction. This is an example of working closely with all specialized collaborators, so as to reduce costs and optimize the final output.
